Rooftop bars are SO yesterday, rooftop yoga is the new today. Why have too many mojitos and forget the night when you can enjoy sun salutations at sunset and remember the view. Check out their website for other yoga locations around London, you might find yourself in Regents Park, Mayfair or The City if those options suit? A pretty nice way to cruise into Thursday!
The key to a winning Wednesday formula is to plan something to look forward to at the end of the day.
Though it might sound self-explanatory to many, if you keep this as a day of self-indulgence, your energy levels will stay high!
Workout Wednesday doesn’t have to mean a hardcore boxing session or a high energy spin class, it can also be used as that day where you take the time to work out what your body needs, sometimes a sports massage, a yin yoga class or a meditative moment alone is the best thing for you.
It can be hard to stay grounded and calm in the bright lights of London!
