Last Saturday we had the honour to co-host a four-course brunch with our dear friends at Whole Foods to celebrate World Vegan Month and encourage people to #tryveganthiseason
We invited down some of our favourite influencers and foodies to taste delicious foods made by amazing chefs and vegan brands. Whole Foods also created a handy guide to support you in adopting a vegan lifestyle this season.
We started right and proper with toast boards by Pip & Nut, because nut butters are a MUST any brunch.
Joey from Joey’s Cooking and High Mood Foods served her sweet & savoury breakfast sharing consisting of blackberry and vanilla cheesecake with buckwheat crumb, farinata with mushroom pate and kraut, and activated crackers with probiotic hummus.
What an incredible morning at @wholefoodsuk celebrating the #tryveganthisseason campaign as we head into #worldveganmonth in a few days time”
Before tucking into some cake (obviously), we munched on crispy Oumph! thyme & garlic omelette with fried mushrooms and fresh herbs and savoury pulled Oumph! on a bagel with avocado mayo and fresh tomato relish.
Our dessert was a chocolate ganache tart with a crispy nutty base by Niki from Rebel Recipes.
“Amazing vegan brunch at Whole Foods Market UK with Health Bloggers Community today! I made my chocolate ganache tart with raspberry coulis – I think it went down well!”
As you can see and read, it was great fun all round! Don’t forget to join the #TryVeganthisSeason challenge with Whole Foods
