Amy Lanza – Nourishing Amy
Talking Tastebuds with Venetia Falconer – I love the range of professionals, influencers and ambassadors she interviews. The quick fire rounds are often so funny and I love her focus on good and natural food. Always informative, a joy to listen to and fuels my passion for the health and wellness industry.
Rachel Evans – Healthy and Psyched
Ctrl Alt Delete with Emma Gannon – she talks to inspirational women about their business journey and their relationship with technology/ the internet. I am just going into the second year of running my business and I find this podcast very uplifting and inspirational. All of the guests have something new to say and help me to believe that if they can break barriers and run a successful business then I can do it too.
Amy Meegan – The Baking Nutritionist
Letters from a Hopeful Creative with Sara Tasker & Jen Carrington – it focuses on getting your own business from the floor to the top, be that selling into department stores or writing your blog, this podcast influences all. To date, the most important points for me were around not using Instagram traction as the main KPI for your business and not getting bogged down by what other people think or don’t think of you and your business.
Anna Roberts – Fitness Grains
Fit & Fearless with Tally, Zanna and Vic – I love the variety of topics covered and the message they promote about fitness. It’s a lifestyle, not another fad, so it’s all about finding a balance that works for you.
Sophia Moller
Strong Not Skinny with Hollie Grant – she invites in different women each episode from various fields, from dancing to psychology to writing (does not have to be fitness related at all and in most cases isn’t). These strong, powerful women share their stories, personal struggles, successes and worries and the podcast is just so incredibly inspiring and empowering every time. I can strongly recommend it!
Jacquelyn Son
The YouTube Power Hour with Erika Vieira – I’m a YouTuber and I love hearing the interviews with successful YouTubers to see how they got to where they are!
Amy Capper – The Scientist Runs
Table Manners with Jessie Ware – it’s a laugh-out-loud, wannabe-at-her-kitchen-table, comforting weekly podcast with funny and engaging guests you just wanna hang out with. I also love the girly gossip chats with her beautiful mum.
Hannah Fuller
Push Pull Legs with Tom Hall – Funny, informative, down to earth!
