This week influencers and therapist alike came together to join the conversation about Mental Health by taking part in the Choose Therapy campaign – created in order to help destigmatise therapy. We go to the gym to look after our physical health, we go to the dentist to keep a check on our teeth, we go to the hairdressers on a regular basis. All this is deemed ‘normal’.
Harley therapy wants to make therapy part of that list.

Harley therapy partnered with a group of influencers, therapists and online personalities to open up about how they take care of their mental health.

Our mission is to promote THERAPY and make it as normal as getting your hair cut or going to the gym. We work hard while also tending to our wellbeing and we hope to instill the wellbeing message far and wide.”
