“Last week we  visited the Lavender Festival in Tihany, and returned home with a bag of freshly picked lavender. I immediately got enchanted by the scent of  the fresh flowers. “Wondering what DF means? It’s dairy free for those who don’t know. I am lucky enough to be staying at my sister’s home in the South of France for a month to work on an exciting blog related project and focus some time on getting new recipes to you. It’s so nice to be up on the top of the mountain amongst the woodland noises and abundance of fruits, flowers and trees. Sadly my travels ailed me with a tropical bug which meant last week I was recovering in the shade inside. “I think it is clear I have a love for energy bites. I make them most weeks as my snack, they are so easy to take out and about and can be filled with so much goodness. I just think they are perfect.
