The official list of shortlisted bloggers and influencers for the Health Blog Awards is now out.
The awards, run by the team behind the HBC, have been running for 4 years, celebrating the best of the best in the health blogging world.
Every shortlisted has been picked on the basis of the following criteria: relevance to the category, design & style, engagement and social proof (quality check provided by ROHWI), content, usability navigation. Our shortlisted are now encouraging their audiences to vote for them and spread the good word – the audience vote makes 30% of the final judging.
“I just wanted to thank the entire HBC team, sponsors, members for Saturday evening. I could tell how important each award was to every single person who won their category. Thank you again for all the work that went into organising the day and the awards. I am sad to be back at my office job today – I can’t wait to be able to make my passion my full-time job” said 2018 winner Sara Dubler.
Our judge panel this year includes Lucy Mountain (@thefashionfitnessfoodie), Adrienne (@adrienneLDN), Michelle Elman (@scarrednotscare) and many more. They will be looking at the main criteria as well as quality and consistency of the blog, overall branding, passion, and knowledge on the main topic of the blog ahead of the annual UK & Ireland Health Blog Awards ceremony will be back in September.
“Celebrating the talent in the industry is what we love doing the most, and being able to recognise the hard work of these incredible people is part of our daily mission
“Winning Best Fitness blog was such an honour. Health Bloggers Community is such a supportive group that I feel inspired to reach greater heights with my blog in the next year.” Tamsyn Smyth – Winner of Best Fitness Blog in 2018
