Nathalie Gleitman is not only a blogger (and the star behind Nathalie’s Cuisine) but also an author and runs her own business, Nathalie’s Cuisine Ltd.
We caught up with her for a whistle-stop 10 minute interview.
9-5 job or full-time influencer?
Full time CEO of Nathalie’s Cuisine Ltd. I built my company about two years ago, which is based on my personal story with which I want to help and inspire others. Do you know the saying; “Do what you love and you will never have to work a day in your life”. This is exactly how I feel.
How do you still manage to find the right balance?
I don’t! My work is based on my life. Therefore there is no clear work and life balance, for the good and for the bad.
How did you first get your start as an influencer?
I started my blog, Nathalie’s Cuisine, after I was diagnosed with gluten-, histamine-, and lactose intolerance. I suffered many symptoms such as headaches, digestion problems…It took many month to find out what the problem was.
After the diagnosis, I decided to start cooking and baking in order to create healthy and delicious recipes. One thing led to another and only a year after I launched my blog, my book, Happy Healthy Food was launched.
What’s your career highlight to-date?
The release of my book, Happy Healthy Food as well as working with some incredible brands I would have never dreamed of working with.
