I get up around 5 or 6am and walk my dog.

I then usually have a green smoothie which I make with plenty of vegs to make sure whatever happens throughout the day I know I’ve had the vitamins I need.

I will then have my pre-workout and selection of supplements and head to the gym to smash a workout!

My regime is very much based on weight lifting but I love taking my cardio outdoors and going walking/hiking with the dog, especially at the weekend.

Been stuck in the gym 24/7 is good for nobody!

decided to get into the fitness industry to give me focus and drive for something in life. Also to take care of the one body we only get to live in throughout our lifetime.

There is a misconception that we all fancy ourselves and that’s why we go to the gym! Most of us have a much deeper and stronger reason for why we got into this fitness lifestyle.

If I’m not working I will sort out content on my Instagram page and YouTube channel. 

Luckily, I work for myself as a Beauty therapist, so I have nobody to answer too but if I have a really busy week I do find it hard to find the time to make great content and videos!

So when I have more time I will take many photos in one day and just save them and also take more video footage and spread the release over the next few weeks.

When it comes to inspiration I love Elle Darby: I just love her I feel like she is my soul sister! Her attitude is inspiring and she’s also stunning!

Don’t just post content for the sake of posting.

I felt like I had to post things just to keep people looking, but it needs to be of great quality and always stay true to yourself!
