Wake up at 6.30 am, have a quick shower and then I make myself a bowl of porridge or eggs and bacon before I go to work.

If you love spicy food my Shakshuka is for you!

These baked eggs are so easy to make and are ideal for brunch, especially when served with pitas, sourdough bread or even toast – find the recipe here.

Blogging works for me because I love to cook and being creative in the kitchen so spending anything from 15 mins to 2 hours preparing a meal for me is always fun!

I work as a marketing manager in an International School, Haut-Lac, located in St-Lรฉgier, Switzerland.

Working in marketing means that I have experience in social media and website development as well as content creation, therefore, it is just an extension of my current skills.

I would say Madeleine Shaw inspires me as we both struggle from similar digestive issues, and she also began her blog as a personal project which has grown over time and I hope that in 5 years time I could have the same impact on someone as she has had on me.

I always make my lunch to take to work with me and most of the time it is leftover food from the night before. It could include a sweet potato, chicken, hummus and a salad or baked salmon and couscous for instance.

As I do CrossFit after work, at around 4pm I will have a little snack such as Greek yoghurt with honey or some energy balls.

After a gruelling CrossFit session I will always refuel with a decent dinner of protein carbs and fats followed by a little treat of dark chocolate such as Lindt with sea salt! My favourite.

I follow an 80/20 rule, which means that 80% of the time I am eating nutritiously dense foods and 20% of the time I indulge in some ice cream, chocolate, sweets.

Life is all about balance and your dietary lifestyle should reflect who you are.
