In the meantime, why not try out this radiance smoothie recipe from Soulmate Food? As well as providing plant-based nutrients, avocados offer the right amount and combination of dietary fats, including the monounsaturated fatty acid oleic acid.
4 mint leaves
Juice of 1/2 lime
2 Granny Smith apples, cored
Simply put all the ingredients into a jug blender and whizz until really smooth. This smoothie is best drunk straightaway, but it will keep in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
Top tip: If the smoothie is too thick for you, add a little cold water to thin it out.
