Ingredients

1 avocado

1/4 pineapple

4 mint leaves

Juice of 1/2 lime

2 Granny Smith apples, cored

Method

Simply put all the ingredients into a jug blender and whizz until really smooth. This smoothie is best drunk straightaway, but it will keep in the fridge for up to 24 hours.

Top tip: If the smoothie is too thick for you, add a little cold water to thin it out.
