LoveFit is the UK’s first and foremost music, food and fitness festival. Taking place in the stunning grounds of St Clere Estate in Kent from the 28th to the 31st of July, it offers a unique mix of music from stars like Groove Armada, Jessica Skye and Danny Howard.
It will feature big name brands such as Optimum Nutrition, 1Rebel and Ministry of Sound’s Ministry Does Fitness, as well as world class fitness personalities, classes and instructors including Carly Rowena, Charlotte Holmes, Lilly Sabri and Shaun Stafford.
Unfolding in a laid back, fun and informal setting across one blissful weekend this is about non-pretentious, non hippie dippy fitness, exciting and healthy food & drink, and on point music. It’s set to be a truly boutique weekend away.
What will you be doing?
The aim of this festival is to get you loose in as many ways possible: of course, dancing deep in the lush forest wilderness will be one way, but other exciting temperature risers include hot yoga in a yurt, wild swimming in a natural lake, health workshops, competitions and tournaments, spinning classes in the trees and all sorts of blood pumping extras from box jumps to kettlebells, battle ropes to circuit training.
When you consider all this is in a rolling green estate with natural walks, organic settings and blissful sunsets, you’ll begin to understand why it is so talked about.
Who will you be dancing to?
Musically, Tom Findlay from Groove Armada will be on hand to serve up hits from his iconic back catalogue as well as plenty of other big beats, beachy grooves and singalong classics. He will be joined by Radio 1 star Danny Howard, who has his own nights everywhere from Ibiza to Mallorca and is very much the face of contemporary house music. Then you have Nike’s yoga trainer, fitness junkie and stellar DJ Jessica Skye — founder of Fat Buddha Yoga — who loves to create the perfect ambiance for you and is no stranger to serving up big tunes at all manner of parties round the world.
What will you be eating?
(we know you were waiting for this one)
In order to keep you well fuelled and energised, there will be mouthwatering food and drink on offer. Chief amongst these are cocktails from Wonder Bars made using fresh fruit and berries in place of refined sugars, plus skinny Prosecco, gin, tequilas, gluten-free beer and many other standard drinks offerings.
As for the tasty edible treats, there is a wonderful selection from some of the leading foodies around. Meat eaters, vegans and vegetarians are all catered for; think Fit Burgers, Fit Veggie Burgers, Fit Pasta Protein boxes and Fit Falafel Wraps all from Fit Delis, as well as specialist vegan döner and vegan baklava from What The Pitta, amazing frozen coconut yoghurt from FroByJoy — all of which are dairy-free, gluten free, soya-free and guilt-free.
Add in gorgeous Acai fruit bowls from House of Acai, and a world of organic smoothies, juices, porridge, flapjacks and soups from Strawberries and Greens and you have plenty to get excited about.

The Forest Stage
By night, the enchanting forest transforms into a majestic and magical setting for star studded DJs Danny Howard, Groove Armada’s Tom Findlay, SG Lewis and fitness sensation Jessica Skye to all do their thing.
The Great Outdoors
How does a high intensity, high tech gym or spin session in the forest sound? Hosted by master trainers, these themed workouts will take place against a background of live music from the LoveFit DJs. For a more holistic workout, a paddleboard yoga session on the estate’s lake is a must-do experience.
The Main Stage
Take your fitness to the next level with workouts from some of London’s leading experts. From back to back HIIT sessions led by fitness duo Kim Hartwell and Tara Marguiles, top class workouts from Carly Rowena to a calming Broga session with California founder Matthew Miller. Ministry of Sound’s Ministry does Fitness will be hosting a workout like no other to a soundtrack guaranteed to get your adrenaline pumping.
We don’t spin. We Ride. Smash your way through a high energy 45 minute Ride session in the forest against a pioneering set of themed rides by the 1Rebel Rockstar instructors. Ride is a full body workout, with every trainer bringing their own individual flair and energy with their carefully created playlists.
