It’s no secret that healthy eating cookbooks are dominating the publishing industry at the moment!
We saw the rise of the Hemsley sisters in 2014, record-breaking Deliciously Ella in January and now comes the long-awaited debut from glow-getter Madeleine Shaw. Madeleine is a health coach, blogger and yoga teacher on a mission to enliven the healthiest and happiest you. Her Instagram feed is drool-worthy to say the least, and you can try out her sumptuous recipes at her supper clubs and yoga brunches across London – where you might just bump into best friend and healthy heroine, Millie Mackintosh! We’ve had a peek at her new book and can assure you it is #hbloggers approved – think dreamy salads, scrummy smoothies and wholesomely indulgent desserts.
When did you start blogging and why?
I started my blog when I moved back to London. I used to work in a cafe in Sydney cooking and posted the odd snap on Facebook. A friend said why don’t you start a blog and I thought why not!
