Dublin is set to see the return of the Health Bloggers Community classic blogger and brand networking event HBCxMeet on 31st March 2018.

Our attendees will be treated to samples and conversations with some gorgeous brands making waves in the wellness scene in Ireland.

Let’s take a look at what’s trending in the HBC Recommended Edit this week:

Sadie’s Kitchen

Bone broth is great for your gut! Containing lots of lovely gelatin and amino acids, it can reduce inflammation and improve digestion, benefiting those who suffer with IBS and even some food intolerances.

This delicious gelatin also helps to promote the production of collagen in the body, working to brighten your skin, strengthen your nails and make your hair super glossy! And as if all that wasn’t enough, the increased production of gelatin can work to improve elasticity in the skin, helping to reduce the appearance of fine lines.
