Foodie Spotlight: Lynn from Heavenlynn Healthy

 My name is Lynn, and I am a health blogger based in Germany, recipe developer, integrative nutritionist in-the-making and founder of Heavenlynn Healthy – a clean eating, healthy living blog. I started my blog about a year ago to spread the word that healthy eating is fun, experimental and totally delicious. When I’m not in the kitchen, you would find me running in the forest, at a HIIT or Yoga class, or studying for my Masters degree in business administration. I’ve also recently started nutrition school, and I can’t wait to learn more about our body and how to fuel properly.

My dietary lifestyle

I follow an ‘inclusive’ food philosophy, and I try to give healthy eating a positive spin. My nutritional focus lies on all the great health and mood boosting ingredients that fuel the body and allow me to give it my all every single day. I eat mostly plant-based, refined sugar- free and dairy-free. My favourite recipe…

My favourite recipe from the blog is my healthy Pad Thai. It’s basically just spiralised veggies, rice noodles and a delicious peanut sauce. It’s my go-to-meal that I eat at least once a week, so I try to keep all its ingredients in stock. I love it because it contains everything my body needs: vitamins, minerals, protein and healthy fats, and fiber.

Another favourite is my Healthy Bircher Muesli that is made with plant-based milk, oats, and a shredded apple – the key ingredient. I have it most mornings, as it is so easily prepared at night.
