What does it take to be a health blogger? Do you have to constantly have a green smoothie in hand, workout five times a week, sprinkle spirulina on everything, and never let a deep-fried chip touch your lips? No, of course not. Even we love a bar of dairy milk chocolate and glass (or three!) of wine. Here to show that being healthy isn’t prescriptive is our team of balanced and beautiful health bloggers, who have kindly agreed to share with us their typical day. {HINT: they’re not balancing bowls of nice cream on their feet whilst doing headstands!}

Hannah from Hannah Eats shares with us her typical day.

Meet Hannah

I’m a fitness fanatic, long run loving teacher who loves nothing more than spending my spare time recipe developing and meeting new, like-minded people.

My typical day

I’m an early riser, so I wake at half five and depending on how I feel, I head off to the gym for a nice HIIT session, or I head out down the country lanes for a nice run! I then eat; breakfast varies from something I can eat on the go, such as breakfast cookies or a breakfast loaf, to overnight oats or a tasty chocolate chia pudding! I then head off to work.

I HAVE to have a morning snack or I get hangry – so every morning, I have a bag of Two Chicks Products chirps or egg white crisps! They are delicious!

lunch is always a low carb option that is high in protein- at the moment I’m loving frittatas with all the veg in them!

Dinner is always something I can make quickly and easily – I always base my meals around those from Joe Wicks, The Body Coach, as they are delicious!

And, after dinner you HAVE to have pudding- oppo ice cream with granola is my obsession! Hits the sweet tooth spot without being too naughty!

My favourite quote

“I just like to live for the moment and always smile! “
