Located in The Bond in Digbeth, a unique canal side venue in the heart of Birmingham’s cultural and media quarter the aim of the festival is to create an uplifting atmosphere, which brings together health speakers, authors, doctors, and specialists to give information about health, nutrition, lifestyle choices, illness & prevention, and alternative and natural remedies.
Dr. Hazel Wallace, considers herself the first of a new generation of doctor, in her book ‘The Food Medic’ she shares her knowledge as a doctor and personal trainer, coupled with her a passion for nutrition.
She will be joining the already impressive Eat Move Thrive line-up of session speakers, giving attendees advice on how to maximise your health through nutrition and exercise, and healthy habits for life.
Birmingham will also welcome some of the biggest names in the health industry, with leading experts such as: Dr Rupy Aujla from The Doctors Kitchen, renowned gut health specialist Dr Megan Rossi, Hollie Grant ‘Strong not Skinny’ (award winning) PT and functional fitness instructor, Plant Based Pixie – the wellness rebel, Mary Lynch who part of Jamie Oliver’s nutritional team, plus many more joining the bill.
