I started cooking at the age of eight and have never looked back! Cooking up a storm in my kitchen and feeding people is my major passion in life. I have always been interested in eating nourishing food but my concept of healthy eating really evolved after moving to London from Bangalore in 2013. I now have a sugar free kitchen and focus on cooking with natural, whole and organic ingredients. Coming across IG community has brought me great joy, friends and inspiration. I now spend time working on my photography and food styling skills, creating innovative rainbow food and finding fun ways to sneak in nutritious & alternative ingredients in my daily meals. 6 months ago I moved to HK and started studying to become a nutrition consultant as I realised this was my passion and I wanted to learn more. I am looking forward to finding new ways to pursue my healthy food dreams!
