Ceri Jones is a trained health food chef (natural chef), working as a yoga retreat chef, cooking teacher and recipe developer. She started blogging in 2011 as a way to document the recipes she was creating at home in the evenings, a welcome distraction from her office job looking after the operations for a classical orchestra. She eventually left her job in summer 2013 to pursue her cooking training and subsequent career. In November 2016 Ceri launched her recipe app ‘Natural Kitchen Adventures’, which aims to nurture with nature. The app is based around a seasonal whole foods approach and contains 50 of her favourite deliciously simple recipes, along with seasonal produce guides.
